Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the data they provide.
KIKLI shall not be held responsible for any Vendor's misuse of Customer data. Each Vendor is independently responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to data protection and consumer rights regulations.
6. VENDOR OBLIGATIONS REGARDING CUSTOMER DATA
Vendors are strictly prohibited from using any customer data obtained through the KIKLI Platform for purposes other than order processing and fulfillment. Vendors must not share, disclose, or resell such data to third parties, nor use it for unsolicited marketing or personal purposes. Any such misuse will result in immediate suspension of the Vendor account and may invite legal action. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and consumer privacy laws.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law. Data may be retained for longer periods to:
- Comply with statutory or regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud
- Support lawful business operations
After the data is no longer required, we ensure its secure deletion.
8. SECURITY PRACTICES
