Welcome to KIKLI! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Our website, kikliindia.com, is owned by KIKLI. All content, including design, images, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of the site is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

1. Introduction
  •  "We", "us", or "our" refers to KIKLI India. "You" or "your" refers to the user of our site for purchasing goods.
  • By using kikliindia.com, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
  • Purchases must be for non-business reasons only.
  • This contract is available only in English.

 2. Placing Orders

  • A legally binding contract between you and us is outlined below.
  • Registration on the site requires accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your password secure and notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized account use.
  • Place an order by adding items to your shopping kart and proceeding to checkout. Items are not reserved until the order is submitted.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment, which does not mean the order is accepted.
  • We may reject your order for reasons such as unavailability, payment issues, excessive quantities ordered, or pricing errors.
  • Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation, at which point a binding contract is formed, and we will dispatch the goods.

 3. Delivery and Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Delivery method selected during checkout will be used.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed.
  • All deliveries require a signature at the delivery address.
  • Contact us to arrange alternative delivery if nobody is available to sign.
  • You are responsible for the goods upon delivery.
  • We may deliver goods in installments.

 4. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, PayPal, and COD.
  • COD is only available for orders up to INR 5,000.
  • Your card will be charged when the order is placed.
  • Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. You are responsible for any additional charges by your payment provider.
  • Errors in pricing or product information may result in order cancellation or price adjustment notification.
  • Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and in the Confirmation Email.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for taxes, import duties, and other levies.

 5. Nature of Goods

  • Sizes and measurements are approximate.
  • Colors may vary due to monitor settings.
  • Hand-finished garments may have small irregularities.
  • Packaging may differ from that shown on the site.

 6. Made-to-Measure Garments

  • These garments are not eligible for COD or return/exchange.

 7. Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective goods. Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Defective goods can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Contact us at care@kikliindia.com for return instructions. You bear the return shipping costs.
  • Repaired or replaced goods will be delivered at no extra cost.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment account.

 8. Shipping Policy

  • Estimated delivery times are provided under product descriptions.
  • Ensure accurate shipping addresses as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
  • We may confirm details with your card issuer to minimize delays.
  • Delivery times begin upon order acceptance, with a 24-hour processing period (72 hours during sales).
  • Free Shipping in India. A flat INR 150/- fee applies for returns/exchanges on orders with Free Shipping.
  • International orders incur shipping fees. Tracking information is provided via email.

 

Orders may be delayed due to external factors. If delayed beyond 2 weeks, we will contact you. Returns/exchanges are allowed once per order. Customs clearance delays are not our responsibility.

 9. Limit on Our Responsibility

  • We are not legally responsible for unforeseeable losses or losses not caused by our breach.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods and delivery.

 10. Disputes

  • We aim to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
  • Contact us with any issues.
  • Court proceedings will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
  • Indian law governs this contract.

11. Content

"Content" includes graphics, photos, audio, video, and text on this site. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Use of the site does not grant intellectual property rights. Reproduction or redistribution of content is prohibited.

 12. Third Party Rights

Only parties to this contract can enforce its terms.

 13. Our Right to Amend Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the new terms.

14. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts are final at the time of invoicing. Price adjustments are not available for sale items. Promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

15. Gift Cards

Gift e-cards are redeemable on our website only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for 6 months. They must be used in full in one transaction.

 16. Indemnity & Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions. Our obligations are suspended during such events.

17. End of the Contract

Ending this contract does not affect our right to receive any owed money.
