This Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation of products purchased via www.kikliindia.com ("KIKLI" or the "Platform"). By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Customer: A person who purchases products on KIKLI.
  • Vendor: Third-party seller listing products on the KIKLI platform.
  • Reverse Pickup: Logistics arranged by KIKLI to collect the returned product.
  • Return Window: The time period in which a customer may request a return (48 hours from delivery).      

2. GENERAL POLICY SCOPE

  • KIKLI is a multi-brand marketplace that facilitates the sale of products from independent sellers. KIKLI does not manufacture or hold inventory.
  • KIKLI handles logistics, order processing, and limited customer service, while the Vendors are responsible for the quality, size, and accuracy of products.
  • All refund, return, and exchange requests must comply with the terms below.

 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 By Customer:

·        Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to processing status. After this period, cancellations are not feasible as orders are either processed swiftly or made-to-order and enter fulfillment immediately.

·        Orders placed with express or priority delivery may be dispatched earlier, and in such cases, cancellation may not be possible even within the 24-hour window.

 

3.2 By KIKLI/Vendor:

  • Orders may be cancelled by KIKLI or the Vendor in cases of:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Quality or dispatch issues
    • Pricing errors or technical issues
  • In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method or via the mode selected at the time of purchase.

 

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are subject to the individual policies of each Label/Designer/ Vendor. We strongly advise customers to review the specific Return & Exchange Policy provided on the respective product page prior to placing an order. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
  • The incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product size is not as per the size ordered.
  • Size issues due to customer selection

4.1 Eligibility Conditions:

  • You must notify KIKLI via email at connect@kikliindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
  • The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, including all tags.

 

4.2 Return & Exchange Exclusions:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finishing due to screen settings or hand-made nature
  • Dislike of design, fit, or fabric
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Orders above INR 10,000 unless defective
  • Accessories or hygiene-sensitive products

4.3 Exchange Terms:

  • Exchange is allowed only once and only for size replacement of the same product.
  • If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4.4 Return/Exchange Handling Fee:

  • A flat fee of INR 250/- will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer for all return/exchange requests where the original order was delivered with free shipping.

 

5. REVERSE PICKUP & RETURN METHOD

  • KIKLI will attempt one-two reverse pickup attempts depending upon the location. If it fails, the customer must self-ship the product.
  • If self-shipping, a trackable courier must be used, and shipping proof must be sent within 48 hours.
  • KIKLI is not responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped items.
  • Customer bears the return shipping cost in case of self-shipment.
  • All returned products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Refunds/exchanges will be approved only after passing inspection.

 

6. REFUND TERMS

6.1 Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as per the mode selected by the customer during the order.

6.2 Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund is initiated. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Return rejected due to violation of return policy
  • Delivery refused or missed by customer
  • Product returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition
  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery caused by customer
  • COD orders are refunded to customer-selected payment mode (bank account or UPI), not in cash

 

7. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OPTION

  • In case of defective goods, KIKLI/Vendor may offer a repair or replacement instead of refund, at no additional cost.
  • If replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment mode.

 

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure availability for delivery and return pickups.
  • Use original packaging and protect the product during return shipping.
  • Avoid fraudulent or repetitive returns. Violators may be barred from future purchases.
  • Customers who place orders as guests may be required to provide additional verification to process return or refund requests.

 

9. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

KIKLI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control including natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, technical failure, or vendor-side issues.

 

10. DISPUTE ESCALATION

If you are dissatisfied with a resolution, you may escalate to:

11. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This Policy is governed by Indian law. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi or Gurgaon, India.

 

12. POLICY AMENDMENTS

KIKLI reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time. Please refer to this page for the most current version. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
